Poor customer service

Hi

I am a dedicated client for years with truworths store card. I normally do online order as it's convenient, I am not impressed with the staff of my preferred collection store at Forest hill monavoni Gauteng. The cashier had a terrible attitude and I almost smacked her. I had 2 online orders ready for collection, i notified the cashier but she did not acknowledge. She insisted there's only 1 order she sees on the system. Customer service is paramount for client retention. I don't have money to travel up and done when i normally collect all my orders when they ready. I've never had an issue with the previous staff members at that store, these new sales ladies got attitudes that dyink and give the store a bad name. The manager a male came and assist me with the 2cnd order that was ready for collection. Next time I will carry a belt and whip respect into children that think they ceo, s. Deal with the staff and that cashier needs discipline. Im a grown ass woman not a child. I don't entertain disrespect. If they *********** replace them with people who are customer service orientated.
