Poor customer service

I'm very disappointed at the service received from truworths online order. I bought items online and paid, received my order number meaning that all items by the time of purchase were available. Two days after my purchase I received an sms saying "They are processing my order but delivery will delay due to high volumes of orders. Five days later they send me a message saying t " Unfortunately one of my item bought is no longer available, they will credit my account ". I tried to call but couldn't get through to the right department. I sent them an email to demand an explanation but no feedback to my email. After week or so I got my order in drips and d****s but the main item I wanted was the one not received. I have been a loyal customer for years now and this proof to me that they do not value they customers. Taking time off to call or even respond. I took the whole order back. I guess E- commerce is not for everyone as I have not have such problems with other stores like Runway sale, Takealot, zando etc.
