Poor customer service by security lady and management

Yesterday I went to Truworths Attlyn Mall Atteridgeville to pay my account when I was In the shop I decided to buy something warm because it was cold I went to fitting room to fit the two jerseys when I come I didn't hang them properly because I'm not expect in terms of that the security shouted me like nothing in that store I felt so embarrassed she was in control of everything shouting customers it was on 1 July 2024 around 17:25 the situation was so embarrassing Truworths customers service in that store its very poor I called the manager to complain about the matter and informed her that I will complain about their services to hellopeter, she said security attitude it's always like that to their customers and she can't do anything because she works for different company that has contract with Truworths, Truworths management if you see this please deal with the bad attitude, bad customer service of your branch in Attlyn Mall Atteridgeville the service is totally pooooooor
