Poor customer service

Bad service from you guys seeing that i have been a client for so long, i was retrenched and the insurance premium was paid but nobody bothered to check and instead you harassed me and handed me over and made my life a complete misery when all you had to do was check that it was credited from the insurance that covered my retrenchment
