POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE STAFF

It **** me off to see in ladysmith the truworths branch supervisor Sumeya in a foul mood taking off her mood swings on me as a customer. My wife have made 2 purchases of a track top and a T shirt to which does not fit me and i have walked into the store to return the items as it was purchased from their shelves, the tag on the items sold to us from the store level did not have a tag upon purchase, but we had our till slip as proof of purchase. I support this store as in 30k of clothing supplies every year as we have proof of all cash purchases done by my wife and i little to know who is your customer and who is not, people like sumeya should never be working for this business as for one poor customer service and a horrible attitude. Truworths i will like a full refund on my items and even if u cant no problem but i will never support this store ever again.
