Poor customer service

I made an online order on 01 Oct. I only received one item from this order. It is stated that orders are received within 5 to 7 days but today it's 10 Oct. This item shows availability at Cresta mall so I'm wondering what the delay is about as there is no communication. This is disappointing because I need my item today but now I'm stranded. This is just poor service!
