Poor customer service

Went into Teuworths Galleria last Thursday. Item wanted was not in stock so they confirmed that item was available at another store and will bring it. Paid with my card and left. Then received sms item not available and card refunded. I immediately called the given no and was reassured that this was indeed now found in another store and all was now well. Dress will be received in 5 days at the store. I called today only to be told that no stock and no call made was on the system. More surprising that no details of my call is recorded on the system. An irate customer. And will email the CEO
