Poor customer service
I went to Truworths King Shaka Street KwaDukuza, the service I received was terrible!! I bought a sports bag in November which was on promotion for a gift voucher of R150. I did not receive that and been there more that ten times to query that. Every time I go there, the manager will take my number and promise to phone me, i will come again same story...until now nobody phoned me . This extremely terrible service.
