Poor customer service

I was so disappointed with the service I have received In your store I understand some procedures but the one that was explained to me was totally absurd my brother bought me a dress in October as it was my birthday I went with the sleep to take another size same amount difference was the size and the barcode cashier told me she won't be able to exchange she has viewed the slip and she said there is another slip missing knowing very well the slip was not issued my brother is abroad so do I have to wait for him to come back I didn't want refund because even if there was any change it was going to be paid back on his account I was supposed to pick up my card for my account at Truworths I decided to cancel it I won't be having the account with Truworths I hate your customer service even your cashier has no time for customer I waited for 5 minutes for her to call me she was talking with her colleague....
