Poor customer service

I went to Truworths trade mall for an exchange and how I was treated was truly disturbing.I had the till slip but was made to feel like a *****.The manager who didn't even have her name tag nicely told me to my face that their service is not like that of Woolworths, clearly some training is needed.I walked in your store happy and received a warm welcome from the security personnel only to be belittled by the manager and till operators.She is clearly in the wrong business,you need to retain customers not chase them away.
