poor customer service
After being on the phone for almost 9 minutes after I explained my query the lady asked me again how can she help me how frustrating is that... I explained to her that my bank account was debited R230 and to my knowledge my instalment is R110 and that they can't just debit my account without informing me my instalment increase that really poor customer service!!! To top it all she kept on placing me on hold without me saying it's fine to do so and then the line cut but she did not even bother to call back this is so frustrating
