31 Dec 2015, 11:33Hello Veroniccah,
Customer service excellence is of fundamental importance. Thus, following your post on 23 December 2015, this matter was brought to the attention of the relevant Store Manager to address.
Whilst we acknowledge that all security guards are employed by an independent contractor, they are mandated to uphold our international service standards and this matter has therefore been brought to their attention.
We believe that the Store Manager has contacted you to apologize for the behavior of the security guard on the day of your visit. We were further informed that the garment is currently still set aside for you in store and you have agreed to visit the store today.
Please contact us on *** or via email on *** and we will gladly assist.
Kind regards,
Lynn
