Poor customer service

I placed an order on the 30th July, I was doing a follow up they kept on saying my order was going to be delivered a week back I went to the store they told me my oder will be delivered on that day, still nothing on Friday I went back to ask for assistance the lady was kind enough to do a follow up but my order was still at the couriers. No one arrive at my work place and now when I chat to one of your agent they tell me my oder returned back because of the wrong address.i want my money back I no longer want these clothes I waited long enough
