Poor Customer service

Service at Mall of the South is so bad. If they are not only having 2 tellers while the lines are very long, they also don't open their doors at the said time of 09:00. They take their sweet time and are never even apologetic to customers about their poor service . There is no custimer care at this branch, it's so disappointing.
