Poor Customer Service

Bought a Daniel Hechter shirt priced R525.00, tried it at home and the size was big, when I went to exchange to a smaller, the Store Manager rudely refuses to exchange even with the proof of purchase submitted, claiming that the shirt had been washed and its smelling of perfume and that the tag is missing. I'm very disappointed at the customer service given by the senior staff ( Store Manager) basically this means I have lost R525 to Truworths.
