Poor Customer Service

Account Number in question: *** Account opened in 2019 still not allowed to purchase even after making paying monthly and now MBD is harassing me representing Truworths on the 2019 outstanding installment I don't know where it comes from and expected to pay and while paying. Y Account buying power doesn't increase always paying for something I don't understand and up until this date I have never received a call from anyone from Truworths to try and sort out this mess. It really talks to the arrogance of the Account department that doesn't want to take accountability when this are wrong and this level of poor customer service is really disturbing.
