Poor Customer Service

Really beginning to question the culture and code of Ethics displayed by the Truworths Group. This is the second encounter I've experienced of poor customer service by the brand Truworths and I am forced to complain about service delivery received at a Truworths Branch. I called into Truworths CHATSWORTH on Friday the 17th December @ 18:23. I was assisted by a consultant Akeeb who was the height of rude and abrupt to me on the phone. I called in to enquire about a perfume that was on special on the site which showed that Truworths Chatsworth had stock of. I advised Akeeb that I had the style code of the product. He then proceeded to ask me to speak up very rudely because he could not hear me speak. I advised him again that I needed him to check if the store had the perfume, and then he hesitantly asked me to wait and then went to his colleague and said to him that I was rude on the phone and he's just going to take the style number down and tell me that the system is offline just to make me happy. I heard the whole conversion while on the phone and when he came back onto the phone I asked him what his name was and he asked why I wanted to know, I told him that I had heard everything he said to his colleague and then I asked again for his name and then he asked me if I was threatening him. I was not arguing with him and I was enquiring of a perfume. He told me they don't have the perfume and then cut the call on me. I am overwhelmed and completely disappointed and frustrated by the Customer service received once again.. I urge the Truworths brand to get the call recording of this call. Please can this consultant be addressed.
