Poor customer satisfaction
I paid off my account with truthworths and requested for it to be closed,they refused because I'm on debt review. Now I owe monthly charge for account that im not using and do not want. Can Truthworths explain the logic behind not closing a settled account, I sent countless emails because the debt counsellor said it's not their responsibility if the account is closed?
