Poor Customer Relations

Morning, So i had a problem with an Issey Miyake Perfum. I called Truworth's customer care. They were so friendly and helpful. So the product i bought and the sample that i tried at the store was of 2 different quality's. The sample i tried on, was strong and the scent lasted really long. As for the stock that i bought, by the afternoon you could not get the scent anymore. So i went to the store and explained them my situation. I asked them to spray the 2 items on a jersey and smell it the next morning. I got into the store a few days later and meet with a sales person, who was aware of my problem. She did confirm that they tried out what i asked them to do and there was a problem with the product i bought. As the manager was not in so she could make a decision about what was the next step was. I did call Truworths again last week Wed/ Thurs 23/24 August , they told that they would get someone to contact me. I have not heard anything since then. This is really sad as we are deceived by samples and the actual product we then purchased, please bear in mind this is a R1000 product.
