Poor customer care and ignorance
Today I bought an analogue TMAN watch at Truworth Men and the watch is not working !!! I wasn’t even given a user manual for that matter. I think they just keep their watches on the shelf for much too long and not maintain them. I’m so disappointed 🚮👎🏻
