Poor cosmetic consultation services at Truworths

On the 24th of Feb 2021 I was in the cosmetic section in Truworths Centurion, as I didn't know my color I asked for assistance. I was told they cannot test due to COVID regulations, I took a risk and bought a Revlon 2 in 1 foundation, when I got home and app**** it, the color was waaaay too light for my skin.

I now have a foundation I can never use, while my money is gone.
