Poor Communication and Lack of Response

I am extremely dissatisfied with Truworths’ customer service. I have been sending email queries since November 2025, and to date I have not received a single response or acknowledgment.

The lack of communication is unacceptable and very frustrating, especially after repeated follow-ups. As a customer, I expect timely and professional responses, but this has not been the case at all.

I am still waiting for Truworths to address my queries and provide proper feedback. I would not recommend this level of customer service.
