Poor client service from staff

I took back some clothes and received very poor costumer service with a very arrogant, ****** attitude towards me when I returned my parcel on the 26th September 2018 at Truworths Middelburg Mall. Firstly a lady called Thando commanded myself in a very arrogant attitude to remove the clothes from the plastic bag in front of her on the counter which I don't think is my work. Who's working for Truworths - myself or she?? While standing there I received a call on my cell phone and while talking on my phone she tapped on the counter with her nails showing a very irritating attitude towards me because I am busy with a call and don't adhere to her command. Then she instructed my daughter to remove the clothes from the bag which I don't think is her work as well. I really think that somewhere along the line Thando needs to be trained again how to work with clients and how to be friendly towards people in the store. It’s her work and she gets paid to assist clients as well to be friendly towards clients. If she does not like to be friendly and treat people badly, she needs to look for another job where she does not need to serve clients.
