Poor client service

The service is horrible, there was a queue of more than 16 customers and the are 7 cashier tills, only 3 were operational, cashiers had to wait for authorisation from a supervisor that showed no urgency in client service. I visited the outlet to pay my account and there was no dedicated queue for account payments like in other Truworths outlets. I spent more than 30 minutes on the queue
