Poor bad horrible service from Truworths staff

I bought some items online on the 4th of December, till now I have not received my order. They send sms to say they Wil deliver but a whole week late later still nothing. I called today and spoke to 4 people including a manager but no one was willing to call the courier company to find out what is happening. Mind you I bought from Truworths and not the courier company. It's sad that such a huge company has 0 control of how their customers get their items. I need the items I bought for a wedding and need them by tomorrow but no one gives a ****. Even after I made the effort to call 4 times. I'm disgusted by their service. Don't do online business if you are unable to satisfy your customers
