Poor and unfair credit department.

Been a client of truworths for about 15 years, never missed a payment, Oct statement was never sent so I paid via eft what I usually pay, (which seemed to be R50 short...wow), Nov statement came early and I paid that by the 16th instead of 31st. Next thing my credit rating drops and reflects "missed payment".... truworths never bothered to send a follow up or reminder mail or sms, never called regarding the R50 short payment (i did not even ignore and did not pay anything that month), 4 steps not done by their accounts dept for a client of this many years, who never missed a payment and still paid something, ridiculous. If that's the case I'll stop paying them at all since it doesn't matter if I do or don't, I still get my credit rating blackened. Then of course in today's times there are a lot of other retailers providing service, marhams is surely not the best, cheapest, better quality, I'll just take my family's business elsewhere. No wonder places are closing down and people are loosing their jobs.
