Poor and disgusting treatment at Estee Lauder counter in Truworths, Sandton City

I went to the Truworths, Sandton Branch on the 12th September 2019, to inquire about my Estee Lauder foundation that I am using for the last 15 years. The Estee Lauder consultant spoke to me in a high pitched voice, was arrogant, in a hurry to be rid of me and extremely very poor communication. It seemed that she was doing me a favor trying to help me. She took out the Estee Lauder color chart and pointing to the card very arrogantly, banging the card and showing me something I was not inquiring about. I asked her to phone the other branches for a product that I was looking for and she said "NO", she cannot do it. What ever happened to the Estee Lauder counter in Sandton???? Also, this is the third time I got treated so poorly.

This 3rd time was the worse of all the visits to this counter.

Disgusting!
