Poor after sale

Truworths online are ******* order no o***4 purchased 31/01/2020 I have spent a lot of money trying to get a Refund due to me processed Nothing was done now they claim they have processed a Refund to my account on 13/08/2020 to reflect onto my account in 10 days nothing received I closed my bank account on 26/08/2020 there were no funds from truworths until that day and now the consultant Caroline says I should go to the bank and get proof that my account is now closed I have the last withdrawal till slip Wait what?she didn't wanna hear it its not proof enough for her, I mean what the Hell after you giving me ****py service I should go and cure on bank lines with this pandemic in place because someone failed to do their job in time I'm extremely disappointed I will never buy from this retail store their after sales is Poor. Even after 8 months they don't wanna give my hard earned money Do not buy from here I Repeat Do not buy here
