Poor Account Services at Truworths

Since it is lockdown, I used my FNB app to pay my Truworths account instalment (R1100) on the 30th of April. I used the reference number they gave me. Mid May I received a message that my account is in arrears and I must 2200 by 5th of June. I called them and I spoke to Lesley Mashaba and he gave me an email address to forward my proof of payment. I did that and he never acknowledged the receipt of my email. I called them again they said they are experiencing a backlog due to lockdown I must wait until they get to my email. I checked them again after 2days and he asked me to resend the documents as PDF file and I did that and he ney responded. Then I went to their page on Facebook and wrote them an inbox message, someone responded promptly and asked me to send the proof of payment again together with my bank statement. The following day I received a call from a lady verifying everything , but they could only see the R500 I paid on the 6th of April from their system, and she told me she will forward my quiry to the relevant department. Today I went to the Uitenhage store to check the status of my account and nothing has changed. The called accounts department and I spot to Lumko and he told me usually it takes 3days for them to attend a quiry, but because of lockdown they are experiencing a backlog. My problem is that I worked so hard for my credit score to be dented by Truworths account that I never missed a payment on. I want them to fix this ASAP because it is causing me chest pains and bad credit reputation.
