Poor account administration

Both me and my wife have Truworths accounts and we both pay regularly and on time.

However, every month we get harassed that we haven't paid. Even after sending the proof of payment 10 times we still get phoned.

This month my wife paid on the 2nd and today she got notice that she was handed over for collection!!!

Truworths is blatantly messing up our credit score! This needs to be rectified!
