am very disappointed with truworths online team and their service. i have placed 2 orders in July. they did not deliver my orders due to my old contact no, i am still struggling to get my refund after 2 months. i tried to contact their online department with no help all you get i apology and they claim that they willescalate the matter further. i went and placed another order with my new cwllphone no after i updated it on my profile, Lauren sent me email asking for my contact no and delivery address of which i responded immediately on the 10/09/2024. Today i received email from the same Lauren that tey going to return my order however i provided what she asked for. i contacted their department again asking to speak to team leader, the answer i got is that team leader is in a meeting as usual, what they are doing they are treating us faily. can someone contact me regarding my issues as am frustrated with their service.
