Poor

Went to Truworths Goldfileds mall and was assisted by a guy at the till he had no decorum nor customer service. He threw the ID instead of handing it back. The HOW is very important because it determine how a customer is going to respond or react. Poor poor service. Their manager or supervisor was indeed kind and heard our complains.

There is also the policy that you guys have, that says that the person who made the laybye is the one who is supposed to fetch it. Question, now should something happen to that person and they can't come what will happen to that laybye? I was told that there needs to be a letter written how? If someone is in a coma? Or can't even write? And how will the store know that they wrote that letter?
