PLEASE UPDATE ITC
I went to the Truworths Branch in May 2014 whereupon I asked for a settlement figure which I paid. No one there informed me that this account was handed over to attorneys.<br> <br> A few months later I received a call form the lawyers requesting further payment. I tried to explain this and eventually gave up and paid, in the hopes of receiving a settlement letter and be cleared from ITC.<br> <br> I settled this account on 12.02.2015 and literally had to beg to get an settlement letter. according to the lawyers Truworths must clear my name on ITC and not them... So now after feeling ****** and mistreated I am begging that Truworths please remove the negative information from ITC..
