PLEASE STOP HARASSING MY MOM FOR AN ACCOUNT SHE HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH

A relative passed away in September 2018. Seemingly he had an account with Truworths and somehow my mom's contact details are on his profile. Months after his death Truworths started calling and texting my mom harassing her almost daily threatening to take the matter to their lawyers if the account is not settled. Truworths is demanding documents to prove that the person has passes on. The deceased's parents are still alive and have since been informed about the matter and they indicated that they have submitted the docs to Truworths (I believe it is not my mom's responsibility to confirm if they really did or not). Yesterday,09 August, a consultant,whether she's from Truworths or lawyers we do not know. She called from *** and she was humbly informed that there was an urgent matter we were attending to and was asked if she could call today. She insisted that she wanted to talk to her that same time "because my mom has been avoiding and ignoring" Truworths calls.Can I kindly note that never in her life has my mom opened a Truworths account.So I do think she does have the right to ignore your calls, or atleast I know I would. I got irritated with the way the consultant carried on though she was asked to call the next day and took the phone and repeated that my mom is currently busy but the consultant started asking who I was and if I was her lawyer. Rude..after some exchange of words she said even if my mom avoids the calls they will continue calling her everyday. My question is Why? My mom is not the one who opened the account and took the clothes from Truworths and died before paying it up. Again why is it now her problem because to start with Truworths did not even ask for my mom's consent when the person was opening the account but now she's being harrased for accounts she never opened and being demanded documents she doesn't have, They are with the deceased's parents!please give my mom a break, she has a lot going on. Atleast trace the deceased's parents and get the documents you want if they really haven't submitted yet.
