please send feedback to credit bereus
i have paid up my account in September with truworths. to date they still have not updated my records with the credit bereaus. XDS is currently awaiting confirmation from truworth in order to update their records. they have been waiting for weeks now. can truworths please send confirmation in order for this matter to be resolved. thank you

I understand all that , however my dispute is not with regards to the payment history .my dispute is with regards to the credit berea stating they waiting for you to reply regarding my paid up letter. they need confirmation from you in order to remove the adverse . kindly send confirmation as i paid up. thank you
