Please clear my name!
Been 8 months now since I paid up my account through Consumer Friends (the appointed debt collector), but I am still waiting for my name to be cleared. I have called Consumer friends countless times and they said the hold-up is on your side. Can I, therefore, please beg that you process my payment so my name can be cleared, it's been 8 months now. My life is at a standstill, I cannot do anything. Please just process my payment already.
