Please assist me

I had recently bought a daniel hechter from truworths cornubua... that was checked at the shop and seemed fine. A week later I decided to use it and after a few hours of use I see a part of the shoe creased and very noticeable, which I thought would maybe come right and take shape after a while. However I came home and took them off and back in the box. Today I decided to use it again and see it's still the same so I took it back to the store.. the manager comes out and says the shoe looks fine to him.. I tried to explain to him that when it's on your foot then u see the fault. I even took out pictures to show them.. the manager say it must be my leg. The manager was very sarcastic and not helpful at all.. he gave me an attitude and said he will send it in for accessing and will take a month... I told him this is clearly a factory fault as I only worn it once for a couple of. hours and he showed no interest.. now I'm stuck with a shoes that looks weird and I'm still paying for and it can't be used..
