Phumla Matolo was a great help

Phumla Matolo was a great help. She stopped what she was doing and assisted my mother with finding a dress which she ( my mom) only had the item look up code. Phumla asked my mom to wait for her while she went in search of the dress. She came back with the correct item and made the whole experience great. She was friendly and had a smile throughout the interaction. A true gem.
