Phone repaires
My wife sent her Nokia Lumnia 520 to Foschini for repairs in February 2015 which was sent to MTN. MTN couldn't repair it for a reason we understood, we then asked to pay +-R340 which we deposited at ABSA sometime May 2015 then gave proof of payment to Foschini consultant (Gcobani). when we went back to collect the phone we were told there is a strike at MTN, we waited but now every time we go to Foschini to collect the phone we get the same feedback that they are waiting for MTN to delivery the phone up to now. it's 11 months now waiting and no one bother to tell us what's going on
