Phone

Morning... I bought a phone from them on the 05/06/2020 finding out that the phone doesn't have sound only vibrates..i took it back to the store after a month i went back to check on it they told me its not back yet ,i went back again the lady who was helping me phoned MTN n they told her to council the phone that when they told me to pay interest first b4 they can council it of which i tried they always tell me different amount which got me confused... Even today they still refuse to council it...m not happy at all cos m spending money for taxi to go there avery now n then...today i went back i spoke to the manager i think her name is keitumetse i explained everything she just took me to the other lady at the till n just left me there of which its unprofessional ...if they don't me to have that ACC they shud just tell me to close it,cos I'll never pay for sumthing i don't have, they shud have stopped the interest soon after they told them to council it.thank u i believe ull help me
