Phenomenal service and Excellency

Around midday today, I had arrived during loadshedding trade. This lady was doing queue management and guiding shoppers, while explaining to shoppers that only two terminals are operating during load shedding. I had to just thank her and ask her name and politely said her name is Buyi Tshandana.

I hope Truworths will look after her the same way she looks after their shoppers.
