PETHETIC

Oh, the day I asked for a Truworths Account :( They are the WORST. Their service is terrible....but most of all their account system is what baffles me. I purchase most of the items on line, yet was told earlier this week that on-line purchases can't be given to me. They can only go according to the amount "bought" on-line. I cannot get an itemised billing if I purchase on-line. WHAT :(
