Perfume with no smell

Till today I am still disappointed in truworths for not honouring customers care. I can never get over the fact that I bought perfume of R2500. 00 which expired, truworths have send it off for testing, send it back to me with a note they cannot replace it because I depleting it, I have them a full bottle of perfume dume and a sealed lotion. I have spoken to the regional managers etc they did not even put in effect to resolved my query. I Will never buy perfume or support truworths ever again. But I will keep on posting on this site so that other people can be aware of the unsatisfied customer services received and unnecessary wasting of money at Truworths.
