Perfume Purchase

I purchased the Twilly d' Hermes 85ml perfume at your Mall of Africa Store this week on my account for an amount of R2500 for my mothers birthday present.

Having used Hermes aftershaves and perfumes for years and knowing the quality of this brand, this fragrance purchase is really disappointing and totally failed in expectation. It has very little scent and barely lasts an hour when liberally app****.

It has been opened and used probably twice. Please advise what can be done to rectify this? I would most like to exchange this for another perfume from your store. I realise it's an imported brand and opened but I cannot justify spending that amount of money for a fragrance that simply fails to deliver.
