Perfume at truworths
Dear Truworths,
I have bought a perfume Narciso Rodriguez from truworths on my account. I have notice the whenever you spray the perfume the smell is strong but the reek fades away within minutes. I have complain so many time to truworths and ask if the can replace the bottle I took it back with the slip and within the six months truworths will not take responsibility. I spend R2600 for nothing absolutely nothing. Truworths is a big company and yet the cannot even replace something that has of no purpose. The perfume has expired! I have dealt with reneer and Nicholas Naidoo they both just say they will come back but never do. I am so frustrated and disappointed in this services. If it was any other shop the would have been replace. I cannot believe the service I getting for truworths. I will make sure that I never purchase anything for this shop. This is utter daylight *******.

I have complain about the perfume smell that fades aways now truworths is looking for the easy way out stating that I have used the bottle to almost have, after the bottle was for a month a the store and have been send away for testing. They are now looking for excuses not to replace my bottle of perfume which I left almost full with them! So easy to say the customer used it!
Now I am paying truworths for nothing! I am definitely closing my account I have never experienced such mockery at Foschini!
