People dnt leave their jobs,they leave bad bosses

Yesterday morning 11 May 2026 I went to Truworth Westgate mall to collect my card and the cashier was so helpful. I started shopping around the store and went to pay and got a female cashier very helpful too.A very beautiful woman wearing black came and started shouting and yelling I am not sure if they call those the promotional stickers and so forth that they were not supposed to be on the counter.I was so shocked as it was only 10:00 am and the shop had just opened.So much noise in front of me as a customer,I felt disrespected because I am not a morning person and to find such noise at a shop was very disturbing.Her colleagues could not clearly answer her as she was spitting fire.Whoever was wrong was supposed to be addressed aside and not infront of me as a customer.I am assuming she is the manager please Truworth work on providing counseling for employees this is not on.Everyone has their problems but they should not bring this to work amd traumatize other colleagues.Its a work space amd not a boxing ring to cast frustrations.People need to be respected whether colleagues or not,manager or not respect goes a long way.I need feedback that the manager in question is called to order,we can't have our sisters and brothers treated like this at 10:00 in the morning and even throughout the day.
