PEELING ****** MARY ITEMS

I had an account with Truworths for years but had to close it due to financial constraints, and I have spent thousand there. I have bought their DH and ****** Mary brands. Those were for special occasions for me,so I rarely wore them. Now my ****** Mary jackets and handbag are peeling on their own in the wardrobe. The bag is a full of cracks. The jackets are peeling,. I want to know is there a time limit or how long will it take for them to start peeling so that we can know when spending R1000. On a jacket or bag that will peel. It's very strange that DH items don't do that. It's very sad that ****** Mary is a SA brand but they use cheap quality materials and are so expensive. When you go to the shop. They tell you it's past exchange days. Doesn't Truworths have quality control? Are they not interested in customer satisfaction? I want to have or leave my clothes for my kids. Shouldn't they check with ****** Mary about the quality of materials they use, because it's *******. For the amount of money we pay. It's heartbreaking. The first street sell cheap things but better quality than what we are paying for. When you go to Truworths shop, you are made to feel stupid and unreasonable.
