Payments that was deducted from my Bank Account
Payments were made to Truworths last year from there website and it reflected on my account, but the money was only deducted from my bank account on the 19th February. 25-09-2015, 25-11-2015 , 15-12-2015, 25-01-2016. Truworths can not give me feedback as to why this happened???? I am utterly disgusted with this and I have logged a complaint at the Consumer Protection act and I will be going to social media as well. The admin Manager at the Westgate ( Johannesburg) Branch Ezekiel is so rude and the staff is ***********.<br> <br> I will await a response fro Amina Conrad and U. Abrahams. That will probably never happen.<br> Truworths makes me sick!!! PATHETIC<br>

We were concerned to read of your experience and therefore liaised with the team leader mentioned in your post.
We were informed that an investigation was conducted by him along with our Finance department. They established that the mentioned payments were received on the dates stipulated in your post and no debit order was processed by us on 19 February 2016.
We believe that he informed you of this during your telephonic conversation and requested that you further liaise with your bank in this regard.
