Payment Reminder Calls

I have been receiving calls with automated voice remainder for me to pay my account even though my account is in good standing. I have never missed a payment and this new payment reminder is annoying.

Can you please stop it, you sent an email and an SMS with my amount due but you feel its necessary to also contact me via calls.

This is annoying, cut it off.

Again my account is in good standing and I have consistently paid whenever I have a balance and my balance is not that high. I know I have a balance, the due date is 5th of March 2025 today is the 14 February 2025, yet i am being hounded

Thanks for responding however the call is reminding me to pay, its not about credit increase.

I know I have to pay and I will pay as I always do.
