I've paid my account and settled it but now I'm getting sms and calls that my account is in arrears, ive send them numerous Proof of payment for the payment to be updated but nothing has been updated

Opening balance was R2333.61 subtract the R1000 payment, equals to R1333. 61 plus R34. 13 charges new balance R1367.61. Then I made the payment of the whole balance but didn't reflect.. Them PLEASE DON'T COME UP WITH A STORY THAT I MADE A PURCHASE IF I MADE A PURCHASE WHY DOES IT REFLECT ON MY BANK STATEMENT NOT THE ACCOUNT STATEMENT. PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT, I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I'M RECEIVING FROM TRUWORTHS SUCH A BIG COMPANY CAN'T RESOLVE SUCH AN EASY TASK, IT SHOWS THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICES YOU PEOPLE PROVIDE ITS SO DISAPPOINTING..
